Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a charge of the full price of your service.
You can cancel online up to 48 hours in advance, after that please call (902)422-3463 or email info@dimesalonhalifax.com if you need to cancel or reschedule.
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Anything more than a few minutes is going to disrupt our next client's appointment so please understand that we can't always guarantee that you will be able to keep your appointment time.
